Criston Moore was born and raised in Bakersfield, California. Being the ninth child of ten children in a family overflowing with musical talent, at the tender age of three, Criston discovered his love for music, taking up the piano and singing. With each passing year, Criston Moore's musical abilities flourished, transforming him into a sought-after singer and music director for a multitude of groups and artists. However, his journey didn't stop there. The calling to lead worship tugged at his heartstrings, and he eagerly embraced the role of worship leader and pastor within his local church.   However, Criston's adventure did not come to an end at that point. Countless doors kept swinging wide open for him, presenting him with remarkable opportunities to showcase his talent on esteemed national platforms like Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN), BET, ESPN, TNT, and he even had the distinguished privilege of traveling the globe as a background vocalist for the renowned worship leader and group Israel Houghton and New Breed. 

In a beautiful twist, Criston Moore has now come full circle, embracing his true passion and calling. As a devoted worship pastor and the director of worship arts ensembles at Cal Baptist University, he dedicates his life to amplifying the resounding harmony of unity worldwide. Accompanied by his beloved wife Kelsie of eight years, and their two precious sons Jacob and Josiah, Criston leads by example, going above and beyond the stage to ensure his love and ministry encompass every aspect of life. 

Looking ahead, Criston has recently released his first Live worship album entitled "Mount Moriah"  and has completed writing his eagerly awaited debut worship book. Tapping into his wealth of experiences in leading worship and delivering talks at diverse workshops, conferences, and classes, Criston has curated valuable insights and content designed to support worship leaders, pastors, and individuals seeking a new outlook on leading worship. His objective is to inspire and contribute to the growth of the upcoming generation of worship leaders. Criston expresses confidence, stating, "I believe that this book will prove to be a valuable resource for many in the field of Worship and Arts.” 

Within the sphere of ministry, Criston has observed the remarkable manifestations of God's grace, bringing transformation to lives and instilling hope in the brokenhearted. In his ongoing journey, Criston expresses humility, acknowledging the privilege of serving the church. Unified by love for God and a fervor for radiating His light in the world, Criston emphasizes that his family serves as a testament to the Lord's goodness. Together, they are committed to living out their purpose and making a lasting impact on those they encounter.
